At ArcVast, we want you to be completely satisfied with your metaphysical healing accessories and traditional jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policies below.
1. RETURN WINDOW (5 DAYS)
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have exactly 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 5 days have gone by since your package was marked as delivered by the carrier, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- Free from any scratches, marks, or damage
- In its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included
Please note: Due to the personal and metaphysical nature of our healing jewelry, items that show signs of wear or have been altered cannot be accepted for a return.
3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Personal Reasons (Buyer’s Remorse): If you are returning an item due to personal reasons (e.g., you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply do not like the item), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately with photo evidence so we can make it right.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, you must contact us at info@arcvast.com within the 5-day window. Please include:
- Your Order Number
- The reason for the return
- Clear photos of the item and its packaging (to verify its condition)
Once your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected at our Kunming facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (i.e., PayPal).
Late or missing refunds: Processing times via PayPal or credit card companies can take up to 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received a refund after this timeframe, first check your PayPal account or bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@arcvast.com.
7. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the exact same product, please email us at info@arcvast.com. For all other exchanges (e.g., changing for a different stone or style), please process a standard return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
