1. SHIPPING FEES (FREE SHIPPING STOREWIDE)
We are delighted to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across our entire store. No minimum purchase amount is required, and there are no hidden handling fees at checkout.
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- All orders are processed and handed over to our carrier within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your payment (excluding weekends and major holidays).
- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email (
info@arcvast.com).
3. SHIPPING COURIER & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
To ensure reliable global delivery, we partner with 4PX Express, a premier international logistics provider.
Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated standard delivery times are generally as follows:
- United States: 15 – 19 business days
- Spain and France: 13 – 17 business days
- Other Countries/Regions: 15 – 25 business days
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to seasonal carrier delays, remote locations, or customs clearance processes.
4. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your unique 4PX tracking number.
- You can track your package directly via the link provided in the email, or by entering your tracking number on global tracking platforms such as 17track.net.
- Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the carrier to update the initial tracking status.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
ArcVast is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). However, given the nature and size of our lightweight jewelry products, the vast majority of our packages clear customs smoothly without incurring additional duties.
6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If you receive your order damaged, or if your tracking information shows that the package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support immediately. We will work closely with 4PX to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as necessary.
